Sparks Memorial Medal

Nomination form for 2026 recipients is now live! The Sparks Memorial Medal is the Chi Phi Educational Trust’s oldest honor. It is given every year to the man with the highest academic standing in each Chapter and Associate Chapter with recipients having to be an active Brother for one full year. Nominations must come from an alumnus or campus administrator. To submit your Chapter’s nominee, please click the button below by no later than August 31. 

Board of Trustees Fall Meeting

The Board of Trustees will hold their fall meeting in Savannah, Georgia, on November 21, 2026. Further details pertaining to this meeting as well as any other events occurring this weekend will be forthcoming soon. 

Alphas & Thetas Academy and the 3rd Annual Christopher J. Shuler Chairman’s Dinner

The prestigious Alphas & Thetas Academy as well as the esteemed Chairman’s Dinner will be held the weekend of January 8-10, 2027, in Atlanta, Georgia. Further details regarding both of these events as well as registration links will be available by late November. 

New Brother Weekend

The 3rd annual New Brother Weekend will be held in Charlotte, North Carolina, the weekend of April 2-4, 2027. The Psi Delta Chapter will be hosting this event as most events throughout the weekend will occur on the University of North Carolina-Charlotte’s campus. Specific details pertaining to this program as well as a registration link will be line in early 2027.
