Fraternity Staff

At the heart of our Fraternity is the staff at the National Office and Chi Phi Educational Trust, all of whom remain pivotal in helping chart Chi Phi’s future. As Chi Phi builds the next generation of leaders, a robust team of skilled staff members is vital now more than ever before.

Throughout the course of the year, Staff will provide resources and training in the following areas:          

• Chapter operations
• Recruitment and growth
• Risk management
• Ritual
• Leadership development
• Member development (specific to Chi Phi as well as overall career readiness)

The Trust continues to provide more resources and on-the-ground staff to guide and counsel our Brothers through risk management, leadership, and officer training. As we Build Better Men, we must be equipped to provide the resources that our Chapters and Associate Chapters need most in order to thrive.
